IC CRITERIA

  • Minimum 100 Sqft. Office Area, Maximum no limit.
  • 1 Computer/Laptop & Internet Connection.
  • 1 Inkjet/Laser Printer (Black & White/Colour).
  • 1 Center Director, 1 Counsellor Male/Female.
  • 1 Enquiry/Counsellor Desk, 1 IC Director Desk.
  • Center has to do Local Advertising in their area.
  • IC Director should have an expert in management work.
  • 1 Telephone or Mobile Separate for Counsellor & Center Director.
  • Computer/Laptop Dual Core or Above Configuration.
 

SELECTION PROCEDURE FOR INFORMATION CENTER

  • Proprietary Company / Pvt. Ltd / LLP / Institutions / Trust / Organization should try to generate 5 admissions/month.
  • Business meeting can be done via teleconference/ video conference at mutually convenient time.
  • The selected companies / institutes must submit the following documents:
    a. Company Profile.
    b. Director/Partners/Proprietor Passport Size Photographs – 2 nos.
    c. Pan Card Photocopy of Director/Partners/Proprietor and Company / Institute.
    d. Center Address Proof with Center Photographs.
    e. IC Application Form (Provide by IC Manager).
    f. Shop Act/Company Registration Documents.
  • The appointed IC need to sign Non-disclosure agreement with Mind Admission Solution LLP.
  • The association would be for period of 1 year and the same would be renewed on yearly basis based on past performance.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY OF IC PARTNER

  • IC would be responsible for promoting the programmes offered by Mind Admission
    as an Academic Advisor, counselling students and generating enrollments.
  • Do effective counselling by phone, email or by personal visit.
  • Help students during entire admission process.
  • IC to follow the Policy Document and all related norms for the for enrollment process.
  • IC can organize group seminars / presentations for enquiry generation by
    connecting to coaching classes/Colleges/ HR Placement agencies /
    Corporate Houses.
  • To provide DSR report in prescribed format given by Mind Admission.
